As a convenience to our clients and to facilitate on-demand legal services we provide credit card services.  We have taken appropriate steps in conformity with applicable law and industry standards to secure your payment and personal information in a manner that would render such information inaccessible to third parties.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be accessed over the internet.

Be advised that once payment is completed and legal services are rendered there shall be no refund of any such credit card payment posted to this office, except in the case of retainers paid by credit card, which may be remitted pursuant to a separate legal services agreement entered into between you and this firm. With respect to information supplied to this firm via the internet or legal advice rendered over the internet, please be on notice that such information shall be treated as confidential information and shall not be released to third parties in accordance with prevailing standards of legal ethics.

Finally, be advised that this office is only authorized to render advice regarding matters arising under New York State and Federal Law and that with respect to any advice bearing on the laws of another jurisdiction legal counsel authorized to practice law in that jurisdiction should be consulted.
